We love to cook beef, eat beef and of course, talk about beef.

Who are we? We’re the Beef Information Centre - dedicated to sharing with the world our love for beef and getting you to love it too.

That may be a little over the top, but ultimately we are here to answer your questions about beef - how to cook it, how much to eat, its nutritional value and much more - and to let you engage in conversation with us and others about beef.

We’ve just launched a great new contest - featuring beef of course! - where you could win one of six fabulous weekend get-aways at the luxurious Inn on the Twenty in the heart of Niagara’s wine country.

You can find out all the details here, but basically, we’re asking you to make one of our great beef recipes and submit a photo and your comments online. We’ll be posting select entries on this blog as the contest progresses.
