The first two winners in the “Make it beef - you deserve a break!” photo contest have been selected.
Each winner receives a getaway for two at the luxurious Inn on the Twenty in Jordan, Ontario, which includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner.
Here are the first two lucky recipients:
Shelley of Windsor ON, who entered Mustard Beef Medallions with Sage Onion Compote: “I did not have any medallions or red onions in but I made this dish with steak and regular onions and it tasted great. The mustard seasoning kept the steak very moist and the fried onions with sage was very well suited to the meat dish. I have shown you what else I had with it - a quinoa salad and vegetables. It was a great meal.”

Jack of Toronto ON, who prepared meatballs: “Easy and delicious.”
Winners are randomly drawn from all qualifying entrants into the photo contest. Participants must prepare a beef dish using a recipe from the Beef Information Centre website, photograph it and submit that photo online along with some comments.
