A new love affair with meat balls

meatball dishI am not a huge meatball fan. I find them too meaty – does that make sense? I also generally find any meatball I have eaten too big and not overly flavourful.

But…I made meatballs recently and I made them from scratch – meaning I started with a big steak. And it’s official – I now love meatballs. The sauce I made could use some work, too bland – but the meatballs ….oh the meatballs….they were GOOD! (more…)
